| I just got a job offer that pays all of my health coverage. I am 22, healthy, non-smoker etc. Any idea how much this is worth when adding up figures? How much could I be spending on health coverage? |
Depending on your deductables, you could get an "individual" plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield (ie independent from an employer) for anywhere from $75 to $150/mo. My company pays 80% of my health insurance, and I was figuring out what they pay based off my 20% and it was something like $300  .I never could figure out why you can get an individual plan with similar deductables cheaper than many employers offer their insurance at. |
