I'm on the phone with my Mom, and just sent her a Word attachment to her AOL email account that she needs to open up. She's logged onto her AOL mail account via the web, and SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FIND OR OPEN UP AN ATTACHMENT! It's frustrating the hell out of me. I don't know what to tell her because I hate and don't use AOL. How does she find/open the friggin attachment! Thanks! |
