video capture programs? > General Discussion

i'm looking for a program that will let me capture sections of video from DVDs. i don't want to copy entire dvds, just capture sections, preferably in real time. is there such a program, preferably a free one?

DVD SHRINK is the best IMO.
You can select certian time frames from within every chapter and then splice them together. And it's free.

Unless something changed, you have to pay for it. I was just letting you know another option.
