No idea what this is or what its for. I cant imagine putting this on the roof of your building to help sell cars.

I think it's for kids. They climb up to the top and jump off aiming for the inflatable propeller.

It's a big slide. You slide down it and pretend you are sliding down the deck of a sinking ship.

This. They have it at the fair here every year. The kids walk up the side and then slide down.

LOL that was the first thing I thought of!

Every date I took to see that movie got pissed at me during that scene; I simply cannot refrain from providing sound effects when that guy bounces off the prop.

ETA does it have a CD player with it, playing "Nearer My God to Thee?"

I was at a RC boat regatta. One guy had a 5' long model of the Titanic! It'd sail along playing Dixieland jazz from an onboard tape player.

His friend, not to be outdone, was chasing it around with an RC-controlled ICEBERG!
