How long until we see the commie media trot this old one out in every publication in their attempts to knock down mccain? www.phoenixnewtimes.com/1989-11-29/news/mccain-the-most-reprehensible-of-the-keating-five/1 |

Why do you think McCain keeps talking about an issues based campaign and trying to suppress all the silliness about Obama? He's got more skeletons in his closet than a medical school. If he is smart he will float this shit himself in a watered down version to get it out of the way early. Kind of a controlled burn. |

I hope Obama starts running ads with this - as he will. Then maybe we can get McCain to start running ads with Obama's racist quotes, Wright, Ayers, Michelle Obama and her constantly angry face and shitty attitude, Rezko, Farrakahn, etc., ad nauseum, ad infinitum. Throw in some "Muslimism" and his African families adherence to polygamy for good measure. Anything to knock this asshole down a peg or three. Bottome line - Obama will win this race. I just want to see him cross the finish-line in tatters - with not one single shred of credibility left. No national consensus. No unity. Lingering questions. I want to see this guy and all his "worshippers" aching from a really rough campaign. |

The Keating Five scandal is actually a non-issue for McCain, and here's why: Bob Bennett is a big-time Democrat insider in Washington, a high-powered lawyer, and was the Legal Counsel for the Congressional committee that investigated the whole business, and which preferred charges against the K5. Bennett argued strongly and long against McCain's being included, even tangentially, as Bennett and the committee knew there was no evidence against him. Bennet says that the Committee included McCain so as to have at least one repub in the "line-up" so to speak. Bennet has said this publicly, and recently. Linky:www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/02/bob_bennett_on_the_mccain_news.html I don't think it will fly. |
Why would it make them wrong for doing so? 1 rino and 4 dem criminals. F'em all. The only reason you are mad is because the guilty party has an "R" after his name. Kool-aid sucks no matter which party serves or sips. |
