Took the kids out for a bike ride. It was hot; heat index of 105 or more. We rode slow; no rush in this heat.

On the way home we started to gather cans, hey it is free money.

So with one little batch of cans I found something else.
For all you haters; live with yourself, because I GOT A DOLLAR

I am getting $.70 here.

A buddy of mine and I welded some "can tainters" and put them outside the grocery stores

$450 everytime we unload it. Usually every three months.

$.75 last time we sold. If you count the dent I got in the parking lot at the salvage yard I'm still at a loss. I guess That makes me a tree hugger

yup.

Made it out of expanded metal, painted it green.

It has a sloped front so we can winch it up into a trailer, and a big door at the end to get the cans out. it holds more than 600# when full.
