Seems to me that with all the stupid lawsuits that go on today there is one type I'm surprised hasn't happened yet, or at least not that I have heard of. After reading an article on 3 folks that were killed in San fran by an illegal alien with a history of trouble in this country, he wasn't deported. Shocking I know. So why can't the family of the 3 deceased sue the fuck out of the .gov for not deporting the turd before he could do more damage, seems to me they should be able to. Thoughts??? |
In this case, I expect there will be a (few) lawsuits brought. At worst case, it will make Newsome unelectable as Governor.
