Well, after reading about (and receiving) several of these attachment viruses, a common piece of advice seems to be that you should not use outlook express. What would our esteemed members recommend as good email software ??

Better yet, switch to a Linux system and use Elm (or similar).

If you really absolutely have to be stuck on Windoze, Netscape's mail client isn't too bad, although because it handles HTML and JavaScript and other fun web-isms, spammers can track who receives the emails that they send out.
