I finnally found, after much taste testing , a cheaper bottle of red wine that that I can drink. It is a California wine made by BAREFOOT and is a Cabernet Sauvignon. The reason I was looking for a cheaper wine is because I drink about 8oz a night which is about 2 bottles a week. This does help me with my blood work, thats my story and I am sticking to it. Give me some other cheaper red wines to try. No Boones' Farm or Thunderbird, had enough of that crap 35+ years ago.

I agree..... Stick with the Merlot and stay away from the Cab. when it comes to Charles Shaw. I think the last time I bought a case it was roughly $34 |

Yep. Two buck Chuck is not bad. There are actually a lot of good wines for under $10 a bottle, but you have to experiment a lot and be prepared to eat the costs of the bad bottles. |
