looking for dump trailers for a friend today saw "come take all my stuff to the dump, I'll pay you $50" dumps are way far away here. a pick up load is over a $50 fee alone so, for your gas, time, energy, wear and tear on the trcuk, you get to pay more to get rid of it. Are these people fucking stupid? There's a reason shit is so expensive. |
| My wifes mom called . It seems the uncle (wifes uncle) is in town and wants to know what it take to make his laptop wireless. There at the other aunt and uncles house. Talk and it comes down to yeah if you can drop by tonight. So I have to go to him, not that big a deal except he didnt ask one way or the other. I make a special trip south to buy a wireless card for a little over 54.00 I then head north and install it and get it working. I tell him what it comes too. He said do you mind a check. No prolem. Then he says im writing it a little extra for your trouble. Its for 60.00 I dive 60 miles and use a couple of hours for less than 6.00. Next time don't insult me I normally get 80.00 an hour including commute plus milage when I work for myself and about half that working for someone else. |

Actually heard one say that their office employees(slaves) should be satified with that wage....just before he and the Missus went on a two week safari to Kenya.  Now without the staff, it's difficult to earn that hundreds of dollars per hour fee; still, heard a lot of bitching about high turnover.  |
