There was a scare Wednesday night for residents of one Tulsa neighborhood. Police say a man was running through yards screaming near 49th and Peoria.

When the man tried to break into a house, the homeowner shot at him, but missed. The two ended up in struggle in the front yard, and authorities took the man to the hospital to be checked out.

Wait... so a guy tries to break in. You shoot AT him, THEN you end up wrestling in the front yard? Can you not hit at POINT BLANK range?
