I know... I've been mourning the "officail" loss of my country. I'm now convinced that Obammo is going to win the White House. I've had WAY too many discussions with POS liberal coworkers to have any faith left in the fat, lazy, ignorant of American history, spoiled American people anymore. Yeah... I know... there are still many out there who know what freedom is and understand its responsibilities. But sadly, I think that they/we are in the minority. I think we're almost done. Stick a fork in us... P.S. Don't anyone get on me for my view. I will still vote and do what I can to change our seeming destiny. But I'm hollowed-out in my faith that we can stop the toilet water from being flushed. I was just having this discussion with a fellow conservative yesterday and we both just feel like "screw the idiots then... we deserve whatever fate awaits us as a nation since we're just throwing it all away". |
Funny everyone I associate with both personally and in business is motivated to stop him and most are fairly vocal about it. Now the people who work at Burger King... The media may be pumping his nads but Obama isn't going to be President. |
My coworkers are professionals who run the gammut from the young to the soon-to-be retired. I would say that 60% or more are Obama supporters from what I have been able to gleam. They are LEOs, IT professionals, firefighters, lawyers, court personnel, finance people, etc. The vast majority are white collar. I do have some very conservative coworkers. But we seem to be in the minority. |
I own an industrial integration company I get involved with everything we do and thus deal with people from across the spectrum though admittedly far more white collar than blue. Beyond that on any given weekend if you were to drop by my house you would have as good a chance of running into an engineer, doctor, lawyer or bank president as you would a sheriffs deputy or operator from one of the local chemical plants. Due to my children and their various activities I associate with a large amount of people and since I have some land in an area where most people live in subdivisions there are always people at my house. I don't know anyone who wants Obama to be President or at least not anyone who has been willing to admit it, in fact most people seem to be vehemently opposed to him. |
tanking... no, but considering the overweighting of democrats in most of those polls he should be doing considerably better. The fact is with almost all news coverage going his way he is hanging around a 4-5 point lead. That quite frankly sucks. Why? Because McCain is not likely to drop below where he is, and Obama is not likely to gain more than he has. I see more potential for McCain to surge than Obama because Obama's supporters are rabid and already in lock-step... McCain will pick up support from conservatives that are so repulsed by the thought of Obama and with moderates who will want more than a promise of change, they will want a track record. When push comes to shove nobody knows who you vote for and a lot of folks saying they will vote for a black man won't. |

Awesome! I'm gonna laugh real hard when hussein obama doesn't win the 08 election. It's gonna be tastier than Paris Hilton jailhouse tears!!! Its almost just as hilarious to see Senator Hitlery back here in Upstate looking at crop damage...she is all ashamed and dejected looking as she lost the nomination and now she has to do her job, fucking bitch that she is I wish she would fall asleep at the wheel and forget that she was a US Senator... |
You must be in Missoula? I can't imagine anyone in MT voting for that douchebag except for holier than thall imported liberals, and indians. Can Indians even vote? |
