I want my SBC Yahoo! DSL back....... This new stuff is slower, really. I haven't noticed much of a difference.....the only thing being that it often runs hella slow and gives me errors trying to connect to certain web sites. The TV picture quality improved a small bit but nothing drastic and we still have the same channels (i was under the impression we were getting more channels). All the phone service did was give us a new home # and that's it. Comast gets a 2/10 from me. I want our old services back.  Anyone else have problems with Comcast? |

I have occasional problems with the cable internet, but we don't have the 'net/TV/phone package. Our amp for the neighborhood cannot handle the new growth of our neighborhood, and Comcast won't replace it. At least, that's what the tech said. When it works, though, I sure do enjoy 6+ meg downloads. |
They are the only telecommunications business allowed in Tally, FL. They suck hardcore and cost 50% more than a normal telecom business. Their service sucks as does the quality of the net' speed and cable. My DVR boxes doesn't even work anymore. They disconnected it or something and won't fix it. The get a 1/10. |

They bought the basic package I guess (which i didn't find out until later) and boasted like it was Cable internet or something. The actual CABLE internet service is more expensive than what we just got. I just clicked "reply" about 30 times in this thread before I got to the reply box. The page just sat there and did nothing.

Ever heard of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."? There was nothing wrong with what we had. They thought they were getting a better deal and better service by switching to Comcast. It was a bad move, that's what I'm complaining about. |

In SE FL the connection speed sucks ass, so I cancelled my DVR/Cable/Internet. Comcast commercials are funny. Comcast the product/service suck balls!

You have how many posts on this board? You know damn well that threads wander all over as far as subject matter goes. You also know damn well that there have been no COC violations thus far in this thread to justify a lock. You simply don't like your post being characterized as whining, so you're whining about it.
