My utility quads are a '06 Jeep Wrangler and an '05 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 on 27" 589s. I'll try to get some pics later.

Nice RZR, btw. Is it as fast and comfy as it looks?

Rzr tops out around 60mph~ atm, and very comfortable. I can't seem to go riding with my buds w/o having to haul one of them around each time.

I've got a 98 Polaris Sportsman 500. Lubing it is a pain in the ass but it is damn near unstoppable.

Here's mine. Getting ready to go for a check through on my property with my FNC (with fun switch) as back up.

CanAm my dad bought last year.  Kind of a mid-life crisis toy as my mom calls it haha.

x2 must be nice. Much easier to turn with. Main reason I got the Rzr for me and the wife.

Have any of you considered a japanese mini truck as an alternative?

Use mine mostly for play in the woods. Where I ride the truck wouldn't fit nor stand up to the terrain.

I've got a Yamaha Big Bear 400; it's about the largest utility quad that willl fit on all the trails on my property.

I want a utility quad baaaad. I am looking at the Kawasaki 650 Brute Force (FI), a Suzuki King Quad,  or a Polaris. But man am I hearing mixed reviews about the Polaris. I am tying to stay around $5,000 - $5,500.

I am hearing that the Polaris' are very sensitive to maintenance and that buying a new one is the only way to go. That seems weak to me. Those in the business of servicing these would probably be a better source for info.

The Kaw and Suzuki seem to give more bang for the dollar. I was also told that the engines for these two come down the same assembly line.

To the OP, those are some nice rigs.

How do you like the Rzr? I've been wanting one, even though I have zero use for it.

I have a quad cab Mule, and 2 6x6 diesel Gators already.

Love the Rzr, hard to find time to drive my other one since I go it. Plenty of storage room for my needs. Can follow the rest of the quads around here fine, and set trails the others can't follow. Only downside I've had with the Rzr is how much money in accessories and mods that I chose to do.

I haven't had any problems with my Polaris quads. All new from the dealer as well, and we push them hard to their limits. Friend has a 650 Brute Force and it's been in the shop for a while now. (I'd have to ask what exactly it was, something about front differential maybe?) BF is a beast tho when it was running. I enjoy having *On Demand* AWD though.

Just doesn't get the job done riding around in clay/mud here. 4WD is a must for me.

If all goes well, I will have either a Kawasaki Prairie 700, a Brute force 650i or a Brute Force 750i...
