I am interviewing for a Corporate Security (no-guns involved) position tomorrow and would like the hive's input on some good questions to ask my interviewers.  I am interviewing with would-be team members on up to the group director.  This team is responsible for writing corporate policy and procedures and assuring that different project teams adhere to security standards (IT, Finance, HIPAA, etc)...

Please suggest some questions that I can use in my interview...I have a good list that covers the basics, but am looking for any that will leave the interviewers thinking "damn, that's a good question".

Thanks in Advance

- What is your procedure for handling an active shooter situation?

- How are your security personnel distributed throughout the facility?  Stationary or foot patrols?

Actually, what would be good is if during a tour of their facility you notice something that could be done better or needs correcting and offer a suggestion.  That shows them you are thinking and have a mind toward improvement.

Sorry but I have to ask, is this work that you've done before or are doing now? I've worked with those kinds of teams and that stuff is boring as all get-out and everybody hates you.
