for the clear packaging tape.

I bought a case of 75gr TAP from someone. It was not boxed, but in the plastice trays. THese trays were taped together with clear packing tape, even the primers. THere is now a sticky glue coating all over the ammo, primers too.

What should I use to clean this glue off?

cotton balls and lighter fluid.  Lighter fluid is a mild solvent (naptha or mineral spirits, I don't remember which) and is heck on the gunk tape leaves behind.  It is also gentle enough to remove tape from fine finished furniture without harming the finish.

When I saw the thread title I thought this was going to be about needing a hitman.

At 90 cents a round plus cleaning STICKY TAPE RESIDUE off each one, might need one. All this just for the sake of keeping them in the trays.

Will the lighter fluid soak into the primer? It is the FPD tap.
