i need a grass that can do well in around 80% shade most the day and 100% sun in some areas. preferably something that doesnt take alot of water or fertilizer.
any suggestions

I would urge you to look at the Palmetto cultivar of St. Augustine.

majority is a sandy type soil havnt had water in awhile
