[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help me find a thread!

There was a thread posted in the AR-15 tech forums a long time ago explaining, in great detail, every action that occurred in an AR-15 upon firing. It explained every little detail, including stuff like disconnector engagement, gas flow, etc.
It was a very long and cool post. I can't find it anywhere. Unfortunately, I don't even know who posted it.
I figured I'd pop this in GD to keep the tech forums clear of clutter

A link or cross-post would be very much appreciated for anyone who can identify

Probably 2006, or early 2007, but I'm not positive.

What's worse is that I'm not totally sure if it was it's own thread or a response to another's

Doesn't Larue have a screen saver like that??? Where you can choose what you see, etc?

I doubt it. I don't have any LaRue screen savers, but this was all text, and explained step by step every tiny detail. There was probably at least 200 different "steps"
