Do most desktop systems have bluetooth? If not, is there a reliable aftermarket add on?

Dont know about the hardware but software-wise, avoid "Blue soleil" software at all costs. Trust me on this one.

Most of the newer desktops you can get with BT and WiFi side-by-side.. it's just another RF device, after all.
