Don't order anything off of their website, just use it as a guide. The problem most everyone has is that they do not keep up with what they have in stock on their website. When you order off the website, you have no idea if or when they're ever going to get the product in. If you see a deal, call them up and ask if the product is in stock. If so, you're good to go. |

ive had mixed results bought me eotech from them had a large order from them and the entire order was put on backorder but one item was out of stock so it didnt ship, then i called an they checked an the item was discontinued so they shipped my order bought some random stuff on there, they have good prices bottom line i would say, if your only ordering a couple or 3 things your alright even when i canceld an order they refunded me promptly |
If you have to order from them...that's how.

+1 Very good advice! I have had mixed results. Sometimes things go very well, but...If something goes wrong, it usually goes very wrong, like them sending the wrong item sized item, not sending item etc. Their customer service has been lacking in the past. |
I don't want to sound like a botach apologist because I'm definately not satisfied with my experiences with them. I jumped on the Acog deal that they quickly sold out of. After 7 weeks, I called them and swapped for another Acog that was in stock and got a UPS confirm within the hour. I think they just have a really poor web presence. It seems like every product they have ever had in stock or have the ability of ordering is listed on their website, whether they have plans of stocking the product again or not. If they have the product in, they have some fantastic deals. My only recommendation is buyer beware. Call them, verify they have the product, then place your order. Do not order off of the website. |
Begging your pardon, but you left out the part about having to call multiple times, getting a different story each time, and sometimes getting an employee who speaks 2-3 words of English. If you ever hear a rumor that I've ordered from Botach again, you should pimp-slap the person who told you that lie. Botach is full of fail. |
