You know those yard signs and window stickers that say "protected by ADT" (or whatever security system). Does anyone make one like that says "protected by Glock" with the Glock logo, or Sig? Actually I guess there would be a copyright issue if it used the logo. I think it would be cool to have a little "protected by glock" yard sign. |

Honestly, its a good way to get your house broken into when you arent there. No need to advertise...if someone tries to kick in the door at 2AM they will find out pretty quickly how your home is protected. Not the answer you were looking for, but this is the internet |
Plus it could be used in court to make it seem like you're the "shoot first, ask questions later" type. As much fun as the "driver only carries $20 worth of ammunition" bumper sticker is, I leave mine off. |

And then if you ever shoot someone, and draw a DA who doesnt like guns, or is hungry for a big case you will be portrayed as the evil person who was just waiting for an opportunity to slaughter someone |
|
I have seen the 'Insured by Smith and Wesson' bumper stickers. ETA: When my wife and I vacationed in Savannah (sp?), we walked by a house that the owner put a target up of a human sillouette that had about 10 head shots, and about 20 torso shots, all in the black, no flyers. I thought that was a good deterent. |
So what happens when you shoot an intruder, he is laying on the ground lifting his weapon toward you and you shoot him again? Seems like the DA is gonna throw the book at you. |
Ummm...you didn't put much thought into this, did you.....? HH |
At least here in TX, that part in red means the DA lays the book back on the table. |
