Kinda think he's older than 6....hard to imagine any 6 year old having coordination & upper body strength necessary for that, but who knows. When I was 6 I couldn't do that shit, but I was awesome at playing with myself. A prodigy, if you will.

It's easy to do stuff like that when you're 6.
Kind of like figure skaters and gymnasts.

Try it when you're 46.
