Never used gunbroker before.  If I wish the seller (FFL) to ship to my local gunshop, who is listed on gunbroker as an accepting FFL holder, do I still have to provide a hard copy of the FFL to the seller, or is it verified online by the seller at the ATF site?  Is it at the seller's discretion?

You have to send a signed in ink copy to the seller.  No matter what.

ETA: I think your dealer could fax it as well now but I'm unsure.

I'm pretty sure you can have it faxed or emailed.  At least I was told by my ffl that they did that.

It depends.
If the person you are buying it from already has the FFL from dealer doing your transfer on file, then you do not.  For example.  ADCO has my dealer listed in their master file.  All I have to do is call and order and they ship directly to the dealer.

Otherwise, the person you are buying it from would need either a hard copy OR a faxed copy of the FFL.  Some folks are not aware that the FAX copy is legal, and may not accept it.
