Me much either. I just so happened to be dicking around on YouTube and decided to do a search for them. Oh, and I did go to a Don Dokken concert a couple years ago, just for nostalgia's sake.

I used to play these in my early band days: Played them again a few years ago in a different bar band. People gave us the

Yeah no kidding.  Don was the king of 80's emo, we just didn't know it!

Gearge Lynch was a great guitar player.  He made the band for me.  Back then I was ambivalent about the words but loved their sound.

Today, I realize what a wuss Don Dokken was.  He just sounds pussywhipped, period.  No wonder his chicks left him!

My wife's cousin is married to George Lynch, the lead guitarist from Dokken. I've never met him, but I've heard that he's a great guy.

Heard a little bit of both.  Mainly that him and Don both had ego problems and that was the main reason they broke up.

I also heard that he quit playing guitar and took up serious bodybuilding for awhile??

Have tickets to see them on the 5th of April!   Haven't seen them since Monster's of Rock back in the late 80s.

When i listen to Dokken now most of their stuff sounds a little cheesy, like most of the 80's metal stuff.

however, George Lynch is one badass guitar player.  i seen him a couple of times with Dokken and one time with Lynch Mob at a small bar in memphis and man he just does some crazy stuff and makes it look simple.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I LOVE DOKKEN!  Awesome, awesome awesome stuff! George Lynch is in the top 5 of guitarists for me.

And yes I had the Dokken album cover avatar before I wore Subnet's hat.

I have to deduct -1,000 points for not including "Heaven Sent" Linky

I didn't get the opportunity to discuss metal at length with you at the MI HTF dinner.  When I come back in the summer we'll have to do that.

A guy I grew up withs(R.I.P) older brother was in band with Jeff Pilson at our high school. They were a few years older than us. But we called his mom and talked to her about Jeff when Dokken hit it big. She was very nice despite some punk teens bothering her
