Jr was close once. Him and his Dad have won 3 races during Speedweeks. No one has won all 4. Of course there used to be an IROC race too. ETA. Bud Shootout/Busch Clash Twin125/ Gatorade Duel Busch/ Nationwide race Cup Race |
I'm cooking that stuffed pork loin from his post tomorrow night. I'm going to add some sausage though. DAMNED YOU!!!!! I really am hungry now.

I WAS going to watch it tonight on the DVR.
Well.....there is STILL a great race to watch....or on a more positive note. You can spend quality time with your SO tonight instead. So don't worry I'll update the winner of the second race in the title.....just to help you out with that.  I suggest turning off the computer since it was on the front page of a lot of websites earlier.

I was hanging out at the gun shop (when I was suppose to be working) and caught the end of the first race. Jr is on fire this year, glad to see it. It's good to see Kenny in too, he was really wound up in the post race interview. On the downside, Sterling Marlin and Bill Elliot are going home.

Some have said that Jr has no talent. They are wrong. Now that he's with a good team, he'll win more races. Oh, and he has a lot more class than his daddy ever had. |
| I was a Jr. fan until this year, not anymore. I can't help it, seems like he joined the enemy by signing on with Hendricks. Any other team would have been ok, but not with Gordon and Johnson. Not sure who to root for now. It won't be Stewart cause he's driving a Toyota. NASCAR=North AMERICAN Stock Car Auto Racing. That's how I feel, won't apologize for it. |
Jr. has been with a good team... but an ape could win in Hendricks stuff. Hendricks cars won half the races last year… Hendricks drivers have won about half the championships in the last decade+. |

I hope he dominates. I miss his Dad, and have lost a lot of interest since Dales passing. He was a hell of a guy. I will always pull for Jr. Hopefully he ends up with RCR in the black 3, as it should be. I also hope he works things out with DEI and one day runs the operation. I dont understand why Dale left things the way he did, but it was his race team. Maybe Theresa will have a change of heart. RIP Intimidator

That's for sure. DE has 34 wins at Daytona which is incredible. Jr has 12 as of today. That's pretty good. That 34 may be an impossible number to beat, but Jr has the best chance of anyone right now. |
