Hey, I'm new here and I've seen a lot of editing photos by adding captions. I'd like to start adding to the plethora of wonderful gifs/jpgs here with some of my own creation, do ya'll have any suggestions? Preferably something free. Thanks A Davis |

Photoshop is the best. The GIMP is second best, and free. But a bit tough to use. cant speak for any other programs, because these are the two I use. |
