I guess professional courtesy does not apply when you are caught going the wrong way and cause an accident. FBI employee accused of DWI on Dallas North Tollway 9:18 AM CT 09:31 AM CST on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 By EMILY TSAO / The Dallas Morning News An FBI employee has been arrested on an accusation of drunken driving on the Dallas North Tollway, state police said Wednesday. Lori Bailey was taken into custody Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, said Sgt. Robert Bernard of the Department of Public Safety. She is accused of driving north in the southbound lanes near the Wycliff Avenue exit and being involved in an accident, Sgt. Bernard said. The FBI was contacted after the incident, he said. FBI spokesman Mark White declined to comment on the incident Wednesday. Ms. Bailey declined to comment this morning. More details to come. |
The cream of the crop IMO if all LEOs were up tp their standard there would be alot less LEO bashing. |
Note that it says "employee," not "agent." She could be anything from an analyst to a janitor. |
the first time i was ever pulled over was for speeding on dallas tollway. state trooper gave me a warning. every other time ive been pulled over by troopers i have gotten a ticket. |
I got pulled over for speeding by a Texas State Trooper in 2004, and was given a written warning. I didn't get professional courtesy, but there was a certain Eagle, Globe and Anchor factor working for me... |

Since I got my CHL, I have never been ticketed by TX DPS out of about 8 stops. Be courtious and professional with them and they will respond in kind. The motto of TX DPS is "Courtesy, Service, Protection" Now Austin PD, forget about it. Dems some ticket writing SOBs. Gringop |
www.courttv.com/PEOPLE/2003/0909/CRATE_AP.HTML "FBI Special Agent Lori Bailey, a spokeswoman for the Dallas field office" There are several articles that reference her as a "Special Agent". |
You can decide.. Here is a LINK to the Dallas News Article with a picture.. It said she was a supervisor and former agency spokesperson Brian |
OK my apologies I met her once at a conference and she asked me to speak to their group but never followed up she was introduced to me as Lori not as a SA and she didn't give me any indication she was an SA. I checked my notes no mention of her being an SA. Again my apologies for bum scoop. |
