|

youtube.com/watch?v=T_52_k67bqc Wow ![]() "One thing that is illegal on this weapon..." Wow, just wow... |
Putting a stock on that MPA makes it a SBR. |
|
www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCe_iAnhZJ8 Looks like same guy bumpfiring at an indoor range. |
Why does everyone get so damn worked up about bumpfiring? My comments are are under review, while I watch the other video. ETA: Having reviewed the video of the tool with the illegal SBR, that he states is illegal, I retract my hastily posted statement above. IBPR (in before the police report) |
Yeah I know. He also mentioned numerous times that it was illegal, he took the stock off at the range, and put it on only when he was firing, because it was illegal. And surely someone who can get a silencer can send in an SBR form and not have to worry about it. Unless he didn't go through legal channels to get the silencer either. |

www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTUy4aYNVI0&feature=user "its pretty badass and will scare the crap out of somebody if you point it at them" "I added this piece from TAPCO company" |
|
|
1) who the fuck doesnt know how to post a link - hot or not? 2) I searched - I still didn't see anything to get panties in a wad. ETA: Found it: youtube.com/watch?v=T_52_k67bqc Still - doubt this is what is really hindering your Class III license. |
I believe he said it was a fake suppressor. |
|
that guy may indeed be a douche, but your anger is misplaced. HE is not going to "ruin it for the rest of us". he is only breaking bullshit laws that shouldn't even exist in the first place, that have been made by people who have no scruples whatsoever about usurping our rights as free people. THESE are the people that will "ruin it for the rest of us". ironically enough, these people are called "representatives". |
And yet, if I was on his jury and he was up for an NFA violation, I'd say 'not guilty' and go for jury nullification. "Shall not be infringed" means just that, and putting a stock on something to make it more controllable should *not* be against the law. Sometimes firearms owners are their own worst enemy. ETA: Dang... beat by 12 seconds. |
you missed a key word there... "MOCK suppressor" @ 1:44 into the video |
it was a fake can |
I don't think anyone will argue that point with you, but posting something on youtube that even you say in the video is illegal? And could cost you the rest of your guns? Not too bright there. |
this guy is an idiot |
+1 on that In reality he is not breaking any law. |
I agree with you... he's about a 1 watt bulb, if that, but still... it's a stupid law that goes against the constitution, and thus, The only real reason we have the NFA laws in place is because the lawyer defending it didn't show up for the trial and the gov't won by default on a bogus claim about short-barrel shotguns not being used in the military. Now, I realize the BATF can/has/will screw everybody they can for NFA violations, but the fact remains that the law is built on shaky ground at best and every NFA item that we have to pay a tax on to register is an infringement. |
|
Honestly, I'd do the same thing. I believe the laws are moronic as written. Self incrimination, though is something completely different... |
I would like to think, most arfcommers will agree a firearm is just a tool. And we think it's pretty stupid to try to make one tool illegal because it functions slightly different. It's the illegal actions taken with those tools that should be punished. NOW, that said, taking the ACTION of posting yourself online with an "illegal" tool and confessing it's illegal? That makes the guy in the video a tool. ETA: cus i kan't spel for chit |
I agree Hell one time during the ban I bought a bunch of used GI m16 mags. I think there were 2 that were postban. I kept them even though I knew it was illegal for me to own them. ETA can I say this or is it a Coc violation? |
This guy is a complete tool
