Title says it all. I dont have one. Im not looking for one with all of the bells and whistles, just  something that will get the job done and look decent. I do not want to spend an ungodly amount of money either. Im not very in-the-know when it comes to watches, I just have a Seiko Kinetic Auto-Relay - its nice but no good for doing anything physical or where it might get submerged or banged around.

Thoughts and suggestions please!
Thanks!

I've had pretty good luck with the Casio family of dive watches. Pretty rugged, and not too expensive to worry about dropping into an autoclave pouch or a Cidex bucket.

What's your price range?

I have a $60 Casio Atomic Solar G-Shock, purchased from Walmart.  It's got a 200M water resistance, is solar powered, goes by the National Atomic Clock in Colorado.

ARFCOM members that have G-Shocks love them.  In fact, I bought mine based on positive reviews.  If it ever breaks(which I hope will not happen anytime soon), I will gladly buy another.

Check out this thread.  I have been extremely happy with Citizen Titanium watches for the past 15 or so years.

perhaps you missed the $60 part.  There are LESS EXPENSIVE G-Shocks that don't have atomic and solar functions though.  I haven't priced them however.
