Anyone ever dealt with these folks? Is this a real and reliable company? I sent them an e-mail about a product and asked for a phone number to call and discuss and was told that they "do not operate phone lines." Anyone ever bought anything from them? Good / bad / neutral experiences? I'm just a little nervous about a company with no phones. |

They do not have a good reputation. Research them on the net. Maybe go to Gunbroker.com and see if they have any reviews on them. My boss at work won a gunbroker auction for a C&R rifle. It took over 2 months, several unanswered e-mails, and some phone calls for them to send it. When it arrived the bolt handle had poked a hole in the poorly packed box and was hanging out in the breeze. All they had to do was wrap and tape some cardboard around it. He gave them a bad review and all they could say was "we can't do anything about shipping problems." This is based on the problem my boss had with his transaction with them. That is my 2 cents. Had them do some custom work on a 1911, ambi safety, ext slide release, trigger job, port and polish. Not impressed. Way overrated! Evolution Gun Works will not disappoint. www.egw-guns.com/ |
