Help me pick a scope - details inside

I am looking for a varmint type scope for my ar15 with 16 inch upper. I would like it to be in the 4 to 16 or a 6 to 20/24 power range

looking to spend around $100 and trying not to get a scope with oal of 14+ inches.

i recently purchased a scope that had a oal of 16 and its half the size of my dam gun lol so i returned it.

any input would be greatly appreciated

Save more and wait.

I don't think you'll do the AR15 much justice with a $100 scope. Just MHO.

$100 won't really buy you a decent scope mount, much less a scope.
