So, I'm sitting here at my computer getting some paperwork done when the power goes out. I call up the Evil Beast (Dominion Power) to report the outage and get the "Welcome to..." It then says "Para continuar en español diga el español", so out of spite, I yell "ENGLISH!!!" into the phone. What happens? You guessed it, I get the menuing system in spanish, not English.
