I just read an article from Saturday's Philadelphia Daily News about hackers from China breaking into the State's website...specifically the Education site, the Lottery, and the Pa Dept of Veterans Affairs...

How pervasive is this problem?

chinese hackers are real and so is the russian mafia and their bot armies. combine a couple skilled, focused groups with generally weak IT security in most environment and there are reasons for concern.
