Sweeeeeeeeeet. I tried and tried but my post could not inspire passion but I have finally done it. and now they are arguing over stuff I was not even asking about. YESSSSS! Any way what would you prefer for normal guy home defense 0 to 25 yards. 9mm sbr AR suppressed. Or 223 sbr suppressed. If you don't like me or my topics just remember................. I love you man! |
Look I am just asking Yall's opinions Not to change my mind. I have had some training My rifle is a 16 inch RRA middy thats what I use for my make believe scenarios I sleep with my XD 45 with a TLR 1. |
+1 Seriously for a suppressed short range defensive weapon the 9mm makes much more sense than the .223. 1) The cartridge is designed to reach max velocity in a short barrel 2) Quieter suppressed 3) Blowback action is more reliable than a gas system that been shortened so much. 4) The bullets are larger and designed for the velocity they are being used. |
Huh, that actually kinda makes sense. I would have voted .223 myself but you've got me thinking now. |
Yea me too I like this supressed 9mm sbr thing but what is that like 400.00 in tax stamps before I can even make it. |
