[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 1911 question

I am looking to get some goodies for the new 1911 on Midway but am curious, what is the difference between the government, officer, and commander?

It is a 5" Para .45 ACP by the way.

Next question. What are some good night sights for a Kimber custom II? Budget is around $100 for parts. These will also have to be installed by a gunsmith, correct?

Ok so here is my next question. If I ordered grips and a few mags in the commanber section will they still fit on mine?

Sorry but I have been a Glock guy and this is my first 1911.

Either Trijicon, or Metroplolight, I have used both, like them both..
