1) An expansion pack will be released for Call of Duty 4... It will be awesome... Battlefield 2: Bad Company will be hard pressed to complete. 2) Another Civilization IV expansion pack will be released, will be awesome. 3) Hillary Clinton will fight tooth and nail, and use her mafia to attempt destruction of her competition. If she wins the first primary, she'll be the Democratic presidential candidate. If she loses the first primary, she'll fail to become the Dem POTUS candidate. It all hinges on the first primary for her. 4) Ron Paul will lose the Republican primary in every single state. His supporters will go insane and bring back memories of the Gore supporters after 2000. 5) The 2008 Republican candidate will be either Giuliani or, in the very slim chance that Giuliani, McCain and Romney all knock each other out of the running, Thompson. 6) Iraq will continue to grow more stable, less violent and more of an actual nation... But in a two-steps-forward, one step back way. There will, however, be a burst of bloodshed from late August until the US General Election is over. 7) The Supreme Court will uphold the lower courts decision when they hear Parker vs. DC. It will be by a narrow vote. 8) Private military contractors will be demonized and put through witch-hunts, as they have been this year. 9) Iran will continue to better arm itself, with Russian aid. Will continue nuclear research. United States won't do anything about it. This'll doom us eventually, but not until after the 2008 election is decided. 10) Ammo prices will continue to go up. 11) I buy a Masada, determine it awesome. 12) AR15.com gets called a terrorist group by someone. |

1) Economic chicken-littles will be wrong for the 8th straight year since Bush took office... 2) The situation in Iraq will continue to improve... Al Queda & Iran will try to pull a 'surge' of their own in August, resulting in a Tet-style defeat..... 3) The US media will try and paint (2) as a loss for us, just like they did with Tet... 4) Ron Paul, Rudy Guliani, and Duncan Hunter will ALL fail to win the GOP nomination 5) Obama and Clinton will be the 2 names on the (D) ticket - we are just jostling to see what order they will be in... 6) No new gun control will be passed 7) No new taxes will be passed 8) The US government will NOT go bankrupt... 9) There will not be a run on the dollar, banks, or any other SHTF save for possible natural disasters... 10) The price of gold will fall, leaving many paulites & gold bugs crying about how their 'sure thing' investment failed them... None the less, they still will insist that gold really does have some sort of magic 'real value'.... |

Brittany Spears, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan will continue to embarrass themselves in the media, and the public will continue to eat it up like candy. The MSM will become even less relevant and bloggers will continue to become more relevant. No clear winner will emerge in the Blu Ray/HD-DVD format war. Someone will release yet another polymer-frame, striker-fired handgun, initially chambered in 9mm and 40 S&W. Someone will release yet another AR15 variant. Probably gas piston. Yet another company will produce their own variant on the 1911. Cloverfield will have a slightly disappointing debut, but it will still make enough money to satisfy the studio, leading to several low-budget copycat movies, many straight to DVD. Mitt Romney will win the GOP primary. Hilary Clinton will win the Democratic primary. Mitt Romney will win the presidency in November. The Republicans will win back the House, but the Democrats will retain a slim control of the Senate. There will not be a major terrorist attack in the US. There will be at least one major terrorist attack in Europe. There will not be any major gun control legislation passed. There will be yet another steroid controversy in sports. I will run 10 miles at least once. My joints will continue to ache. |
