Nothing fancy, just something similar to what I got in boot camp 14 years ago; last name, first and middle intitials and, on this one, I'd like my phone number. I've looked online and can't find what I'm looking for at a reasonable price.

Can any of you .mil guys (or anyone else with a stencil maker) hook a brother up? I'll pay a reasonable price + shipping.

Any craft store should have a stencil kit.  Heck even walmarts craft section used to have them.

Contact a sign shop. You can use the outline from a cut vinyl "sign".
