What program do people use to edit videos on the computer? like all the ones you see on youtube. basically I just want to add music to a video.

Movie Maker built into Windows does this just fine.
For better results I use Studio 11, but youtube(and the like) compress and shrink the video.

You can find anything in Vista by using the Search feature... very powerful and fast.
