From a comment on the page, It's from a Claymation video called "The Adventures of Mark Twain." Made in 1988. It certainly wasn't a "children's cartoon" nor was it "banned from TV". It was, I believe, shown on HBO or Cinemax. I don't remember this scene, so I think it was edited out...maybe. It's been a long time.. |
