Do you stuff your turkey?

Stuffing just increases cooking time and the chance of cross contamination.

I do not Stuff.

I have always stuffed.  My stuffing is about 50% pork sausage.  Browned before being made into stuffing, and entering the bird.  Always thoroughly cook.  Never had a problem.  The grease from the stuffing, as well as the 2 cups of bacon grease basted over it, really makes a tender turkey.

Pre-cook stuffing to a temp of 160 F.  Stuff into bird.  Bird cooks a bit faster.

Stove Top dressing for me....no nasty-ass dry stuffing...And Cajun style deep fried turkey is the best!!!!!
