The local Sportsmans warehouse has a brand new Sig 556 w/ sights for sale $1340.  Today is also the last day of their "no sales tax" sale.  I have the gun on hold, what does everyone think about the price?  Should I go back before they close and pick it up (with pics of course.)

AimSurplus sells trhe for $1299 without sights.  No taxes there either unless you are in the same state as they are.  Its a good price, I'd say go for it.

Are these things really worth it? The one I handled at SW seemed OK but nothing spectacular.  I see the advantages of having an "accurate AK"  but can't you get that with a Saiga AK for about a 1/3rd the price?
