Thursday evening he was still in Irving jail in lieu of $3,000 bail. Quintanilla had seven outstanding warrants from Farmers Branch, the city of Dallas, and Dallas County. He also was charged with driving with an invalid license. According to a press release, Irving police learned of Quintanilla's outstanding warrants after he applied for a parade permit for Thursday's Accion America rally. Police found the following accusations during a background check: * Dallas Sheriff Office Warrant - Criminal Trespass * Farmers Branch Warrant - Expired Registration * Farmers Branch Warrant - Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility * Farmers Branch Warrant - Speeding * Dallas Police Department Warrant - No Seat Belt * Dallas Police Department Warrant - No Drivers License * Dallas Police Department Warrant - City Ordinance Violation Stay with FOX 4 for further developments on this story. |
