I like the GetOverIt! ones... Of course, the one I saw had been all keyed up.

My first run of stickers went for $5 each. They were printed by Kinkos and that is their full cost per sticker. I've had other printshops give estimates upwards of $8-$10 each.  I've also seen the online bumpersticker sites where you upload your own and they send you the stickers - those are cheaper, but you don't get to see the quality until you've paid for them all. I might gamble and try a small run with those sometime. If there's a good demand, I'll do another run from Kinkos at $5 each (I have the Hi-resolution image that I use for those - the text prints up much nicer than if you just print up the image in the OP) .
