This is the text I received with the photo. I knew there was a reason I don't really like salad.... Look closely at the package. Just below the words "FRESH WASHED!".... Don't forget this brand of fresh lettuce. What probably happened is, the water the lettuce was washed in contained polliwogs and these became fresh new frogs, right in the packages. So if you're looking for salad fixins with a little more body, then be sure and try this brand. Sounds plausible until you see how big that frog is. No way in hell could it get that big before the lettuce went bad and what was it eating? As far as breathing goes, I think the bags are porous otherwise the lettuce would rot from the moisture. |
