I'm looking for an accurate, reliable wrist watch with both analog and digital display. I'd like it to have an alarm and date function but no other features are critical. Not too big preferably. Any suggestions? |

Casio G-Shock G100-1BV or 2327 not sure which is the model but that's the one in the link I have. It's not a big giant thing either. www.casio.com/products/Timepiece/G-Shock/G100-1BV/ Been wearing it since 2002. (I'm active Marine) With 2 trips to Iraq. It has two digital times and then the analog, alarm, etc. Doesn't blind you with the stupid backlight some watches have, instead the l.e.d. numbers light up. Stays accurate within about 5 seconds after approx 2 weeks. (I'm a communicator so I set GPS time on it so I can quickly load SINCGARS radios without using a GPS, for time hacks for fires etc.) Great watch. I'm gonna buy a second one. $99.00 |

Even better than the GSHOCK mentioned above is this one: www.casio.com/products/Timepiece/G-Shock/GW1500A-1AV/ It adds the solar power and the atomic clock sync. Plus, it's better looking. Way cool watch.

Up until you said $700, I was ready to recommend an Omega X-33! cgi.ebay.com/Omega-Speedmaster-Professional-X-33-X33-3291-50_W0QQitemZ150173188719QQihZ005QQcategoryZ31387QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem |
