| I moved and brought my dish with me. I have the correct coordinates for this zip code but it wont aquire a sat signal. Do I need to call them and have them set my box up for this zip code, or "should" it just locate the signal if the coordinates are correct? |

There is not setup of the receivers needed you should locate the signal if the coordinates are correct AND you have the dish aligned right… it sounds like you do not have the dish aligned right.
