Lost the sound on my machine and replaced the sound card thinking that might be the problem. After doing so I found out my Boston Acoustic speaker system bit the dust. Mainly listening to music and you tube vids and some light gaming. I don't want to break the bank on a new set.

Suggestions?

I have a Creative sound system that i bought at Best Buy for like 80 bucks 4 years ago and its still goin strong. Awesome sound, has a subwoofer and on the volume control you can adjust the bass. Great sound and its still going.

I used to use an old stereo I had laying around in the past...just used a mini-jack to RCA converter and plugged it right into my old receiver/amplifier.

Got any old stereo equipment laying around?
