Could someone please at least lock, if not delete, the offensive racist post by cheeks about six kinds of white people and three kinds of black people? It is not the kind of thing that we need to be associated with, if we want to be respected as gun-owners.....

Locking the post is just the first step. Why lock it if it can still be read by people surfing. Threads like this should be deleted.

I just feel that if you lock it Ed then you are denying other people the chance to voice their opinion as racist and narrow minded as it may be. And if I happened on a site and read a thread like that I would wonder why it was still there. [;)] IMHO.

I Believe it is good that the MODS don't delete
locked threads.
"By their words an deeds you shall know them."

A locked thread is kinda sorta like a suit for libel.

A deleted thread is kinda sorta like censure-
ship.

Please don't go PC like the liberals who want
to control speech to the point that you can't
say anything which might hurt someones feelings
or be offensive, eg. calling a pedophile a
pedophile.
