Now if we could do something with that pesky appeals process. Lester Leroy Bower has just exhausted his third appeal and will soon be executed by the state. He has been on death row for 22+ years pending appeals. We need to speed this process up.

I thought we had a law about if there were 3 or more whiteness's to the crime no more appeals. Straight to the front of the line.

I am a firm believer that it should be quicker. I think punishments for violent crimes should be stiffer and swift. If they finished the appeal the sentence should be carried out in 30 days. I don't want to pay for some asshole to breathe when he/she is gonna get the shot anyhow....

How many blacknesses to a crime would there need to be to avoid appeals?
