Don't use the AR15 lynch mob threat in your email. Call them tommorow morning. TALK to someone and I promise it will get some results. Using the Ar15 lynch mob threat is like pouting among 5 year old friends and telling them your going to tell your mom about thier misdeeds. |

Call them up and ask. Personally I have never had luck contacting a company though e-mail. I'm sure they read them sometimes but things are forgotten or shoved around to other people that everyone eventually thinks it has been taken care of. While I'm not trying to make excuses but sometimes shit happens. It doesn't take but a few mins to make a phone call. Try it you might be surprised how easy it is.
